Features
No foot valve is needed due to the excellent self-priming ability (Max. 9m).   As a flexible impeller is used, it is ideally suitable for pumping sludge and waste water containing sludge.   Using a reduction gear motor, high viscous fluids can be transferred.   It is simple to install/operate as air venting and water filling are not required.   It is easy to replace parts. When taking off the front cover, the rubber impeller in the casing can be easily replaced.   It can be used with the suitable impeller for the liquid characteristics transferred. Either single or double mechanical seal is applicable.
Applications
Where high suction pressure is required (Max. 9.5m)   When pumping high viscous liquid (Max. 1 million cPs)   When pumping abrasive slurries such as sand, gravel, concrete, mortar, mud, slaked lime, excretion, paint, grease, plastics, etc.   When pumping solids such as cherries, strawberries, syrup, jams, margarines, honey, curry sauces, liquid chocolate, pastes, etc. without damage.   Where accurate flow rates are required ? medicine, packing for precise volumes of liquids
How It Works
	The mono flex pump is a positive displacement pump with an elastomeric impeller. The elastomeric impeller traps fluids between the impeller blades and a molded housing that sweeps fluid through the pump housing. It is able to pump even at low RPM. In addition, sucking volume and discharge flow rate can be controlled with ball valve and RPM control respectively.
